For Q21. Which animals are used in animal experiments the most?
ReplyDeleteI often hear and know that mouse are being used for many purposes to see how their cells react. I am interested in what animal really is used the most for experiments.
I'm looking forward to reading your new posts!
I thought that this question was a particularly good one: "Do people who conduct animal testing need to be qualified?"
ReplyDeleteI guess most people would assume that those who engage in animal testing would be completely qualified, but what exactly are the qualifications for it? A related question might be whether or not such people are required to follow some protocols to reduce the suffering of the animals as much as possible and whether there's some kind of punishment if they don't.
I'd also like to know if animal testing has been banned in any particular country. My guess is that it is regulated in most (or many) countries but not banned in any. I'm interested in what you find out through your research.
